Old Juliette et Justine petticoat skirt - can double as a skirt or an underskirt/petticoat. Tiered ruffle design with tulle and chiffon.
Note that this is not very poofy and the purpose is mainly to be a pretty skirt.

Fairly good condition, but used - the chiffon ruffles were left unfinished so they are quite frayed (the fraying is long enough such that I do not think they will fray any further).

No shirring, the skirt is designed to sit on the hips.
