Bought second hand, worn a few times by me. Made out of velveteen material, has a removable belt, and two pockets. Can fit a small petticoat underneath, but also can be worn with no petti at all.

In overall good condition, but it's still a second hand item, and has a bit of a worn feeling. Additionally, the attached belt shows some signs of wear - the synthetic leather on the back of the belt has a bit of a sticky feeling to it due to deterioration caused by age. Please see the close-up images for details. This damage doesn't show up when worn. There might also be a few loose thread endings.
