Such a lovely old skirt looking for a new home!
The colors are a bit hard to describe, but the keyboard key velvet is a deep purple/mauve, and the main skirt is an offwhite with light red/blue stripes.

no shirring--frankly I can wear it relatively comfortably with my 72cm waist just leaving off the top button and tucking in the excess; the rest is connected with snap buttons.
