There’s a general feeling of wear as this was bought by me secondhand. The skirt is assembled in tiers, and the top edges of the tiers are unfinished, so they are starting to fray a little bit. Additionally, the lining layer inside the skirt has a lot of pills. The outer fabric does not seem to have any pills.
