not sure what the official name for this is, i purchased it secondhand from wunderwelt a few years back and wore it maybe twice at most. it's a very soft cardigan with 3 black ribbons tied to the front, i believe they're not attached directly to it but just woven between the knit of the cardigan itself, so in theory they can be put anywhere. 2 of the ribbons are velvet while 1 is actually a piece of netting and some other fabric.
it achieves both a mature yet also fun look, which i thought was pretty neat.
might have some general signs of wear, but no damages as far as i can tell!

bust 32 in flat
waist 30 in flat
whole bodice 40 in stretched
length 19 in from center neck
sleeve length 20 in from shoulder
