New with tags, I bought two of them so one has to go

I ended up with two dresses in sax because I thought I'd got it in pink so I bought sax from the webshop as it was my preferred choice, I then found out that my ss had managed to snag it in sax too! It's beautiful, perfect for summer.
I haven't tried this one on since I have another so it's in mint condition. The belt tie is included but I forgot to take it off the hanger for the photo Measurements

May I ask how big around are the sleeve cuffs? I'm hoping that my arms would fit alright?

Hi, I've put up all my measurements for this now. The sleeve cuffs measure 11" when fastened. There is a button that can be undone too
