Selling because it doesn't quite fit me! This piece does NOT fit a petticoat, and is suited for casual/otome looks.
The item number on the tag seems to be 0-0125, but I couldn't find this item on Lolibrary or searching elsewhere. Soft, thin wool outer (breezy/light even for summer in California). The lining has significant pilling and feels worn, but the outer does not (and the lining is incredibly soft). The previous owner listed a small pull on the right side of the dress, but I honestly couldn't find it myself.
