Full fit flare skirt from Jane Marple's sister line. It's swooshy in volume, airy and light, but also structured enough to withstand some wind. It also makes sounds when you move in it. It's great for summer because it doesn't cling. It's photoed without a petticoat and it has volume without because of how stiff the material is. It's very interesting.
