I purchased this skirt new from Jane Marple via a shopping service, and only ever tried it on. It is in perfect, new without tags condition with no flaws that I can detect. The skirt features a beautiful chandelier print in black flocked velvet accented by silver glitter details. The skirt also comes with a waist sash and has an inbuilt tulle petticoat. The skirt has a flat waist measurement of 74cm, and is 63cm long from the top of the waist band to the hem. Please note that these are amateur flat measurements and allow a margin for error.
