JM's famous library print! I bought this off of Y!A, and have worn it several times. The skirt was originally a midi skirt, but it was modified by its first owner to be a mini skirt. She used the extra fabric to make a belt tie that can be worn around the waist or as a neck tie. It's pretty small in the waist despite being an elastic waist. If your hip size is greater than 38 inches, you probably will have difficulty putting this skirt on.
