I am not the first owner of this underskirt, and I’ve worn it about 1-2 times. The Lolibrary listing doesn’t have any stock photos, but the item number matches up to it. This is NOT a petticoat lol. I wouldn’t recommend wearing a super poofy or long petticoat under this. Maybe a 45 cm petticoat at max because the petticoat will rest underneath the lower hem thingy below the waistband, NOT at the waistband. My approximate measurements are:

Waistband: 96 cm max (I wouldn’t recommend going above 84 cm for the silhouette)
Lower hem thingy below the waistband: 96 cm
Length from waistband to bottom of hem: 60 cm
Length from lower hem thingy to bottom of hem: 42 cm
