IW Tiered JSK with Pearls in Black (buttons added)

Purchased new from IW's online shop probably around 2010/11-ish? The back is very stretchy but as you can see, the original ribbon is not very long and I could barely get it tied on the mannequin.
The back already had buttonholes, but the straps did not come with buttons, so I added them myself. The straps could be worn multiple ways, including tied as a halter neck.
Front, back, and skirt are lined. The pearl chain is removable and hangs via little ribbon loops under the collar. The material is polyester and has a slight texture to it.
