The item is missing the waist ties. They weren't sent with the dress when I bought them from the original owner. I've only ever tried it on, but I have to sell it because the bust doesn't fit well. Bust: 85-119 cm
Waist: 69-108 cm
Length: 93cm Although Lolibrary lists the bust measurement as 119cm, I would not recommend past 112cm. The seam across the bust-line can be unflattering on a larger bust.
