Adorable old school blouse by Innocent World, originally released in 2001. Purchased from a secondhand seller at at a lolita event a few years ago. Worn a few times by me and hand washed since. In overall good condition, but there is some general fading of the color due to age. Unfortunately, it wasn’t sold to me with the waist ties so those are not included. Thank you for looking :)
