Waist (from lolibrary): 58-76 cm
The official measurements for this skirt are accurate, however the elastic is quite strong and I found it somewhat tight feeling with a ~68cm waist. I would recommend being on the lower end of the measurements or replacing/removing the elastic altogether.
Damages
There appear to be 2 small oil stains on the front of the skirt and 1 on the back. Their locations are specified on the close up photos. There are 2 small pulls next to the zipper. The damages are not very noticeable when worn.
