IW Rose Crown Jacquard JSK
Dress looks gorgeous, just the skirt is a little wrinkled from storage. I think the shoulder strap buttons have been moved to make them longer, but that's all I can see about this lovely JSK. Waist tie is included, you can mostly see it in the fourth photo but it blends in really well as I forgot to tie the bow.

Yes. The bow you are seeing in the back is made from the waist tie, which is included.

The bow is sewn onto the bodice, so it is not removable unless you want to cut the threads.
