Bought this brand new with tag, but like a dumbass I took the tag off the minute I received it. THEN tried it on for all of two seconds and didn't like the way it looked.
Other than that, the dress has never been worn. It is in perfect condition, just a bit wrinkled from storage. There's a lot of material in this dress, the lace is gorgeous and the ribbon is thick. Kind of rare to find dresses using this much material and trim anymore, I'm reluctant to let it go but it does deserve an owner who will actually wear it.

It's a bit difficult to measure, this is what I got with my measuring tape:
Bust 80 (unstretched) +30cm (max shirring)
Waist 64 (unstretched) +30cm (max shirring)
However, I recommend being a few inches below max at least, and I don't recommend it for anyone above B cup boobs, the shirring makes the sides curved weirdly around your boobs.
