Bought second hand, 2 little bust bows missing. Otherwise in perfect condition, I've just tried it on, never wore it as I feel the color doesn't suit my skintone. Is the included shipping costs for insured shipping? If not how much would this be extra?

Hello thanks for your interest ! Priority shipping has no insurance nor tracking, each is around additional 3€ (3,20€ more for tracking that I'm sure). Tracking alone has always been sufficient to insure the package arrives safely to you (in around 4-14 working days depending on your country)
