New with tags from oddment lucky pack, size M

This auction is for the blue version of the ribbon ribbon blouse in size M from my IW oddment lucky pack.

The one flaw is a tiny stain near one of the button holes on a cuff, please see the attached picture.

The jabot with bows is detachable as well as the wait bow that ties in the back.
