I bought this last year and I simply don't reach for it since it's not the most flattering on me. The dress shirring can stretch to 120cm but I don't recommend wearing it if you have a waist past 100cm because the top tier will ride up. It is really cute and has a huge skirt especially for a older release. I've included a photo of my coord with it and my ultimate violence a&a petticoat. It is in great condition and has waist ties + detachable bows. I ship with usps flat rate packages domestically. Please inquire for international shipping.
