Here are the shipping options to Germany:
€15 for standard shipping, no tracking (13 for shipping and 2 for the envelope to package it safely)
€20 for shipping with delivery confirmation and limited tracking (I think this tracks the package until it leaves the country?)
€35 for shipping with full tracking
Personally I've always shipped with the first and second option and have had no problems, but it's whatever you prefer : )
