This blouse is a size M and I would say the Lolibrary measurements are accurate. The color is definitely a very white offwhite. The waist ties are included.The flaws are that it is wrinkled, and there are some light yellow stains in the collar area. I plan on giving it the Oxi Clean treatment before shipping just to make sure. For a blouse that was released in 2007, it’s in pretty good shape. I can do local pickup if you are in the Seattle area to save on shipping costs.
