Innocent World Pants. No idea what they're called but they're adorable with waist ties and a bustle.
Bought these off Mbok a while ago and never got the chance to wear them. I have no idea what they're called but they are adorable, especially the ruffle back. The lace on the bottom of the pants is a bit bent but it's in good condition otherwise. Flat measurements Waist: 12 inches Inseam: 14 inches Length: 29.5 inches Shirring will give about an inch and a half more but probably not much more. Non-smoking, but I do have pets! They aren't allowed in my closet and I will lint roller everything before shipping, but those with allergies please be aware that there may be stray hairs.
