I have cats, and while they have never been in contact with my lolita clothes (the clothes had been boxed up in my closet long before I got cats), please be aware that there may still be a few stray hairs.
I reuse packaging for shipping as much as possible, so don't be surprised if your order arrives in an Amazon envelope. I believe this is much better for the environment (less waste--if the envelope is in perfectly good shape, why throw it away after one use), not to mention it helps keep shipping costs lower.

Bust and waist measurements from Lolibrary, which look to be accurate when I checked them against the actual top:
Bust: 90 - 102.8 cm
Waist: 70.3 - 87.5 cm
For length, I measured 36 cm in the front from centre top to bottom, not including the frill along the bottom or straps. The frill is 3 cm. Straps add another 13 cm.
Length in the back is 23 cm from centre top to bottom.
