IW Icing Cookie High Waist JSK & Headbow (Blue)
NWT; Bought in March directly from IW online shop Winter Sale in March. Tried on once, no flaws.
This is the Icing Cookie High Waist JSK & Headbow in the blue colorway. The blue isn't quite sax; it's more like the sax that Bodyline uses for their shoes, so I recommend coordinating with that. The measurements state that the bust size ranges 70-144 cm. This is certainly the case, but it looked odd on my 110 cm bust because the panel in front that sits over the chest is only about 15 inches wide. The waist is free size. The shoulder straps are attached with a button and a loop in one spot only, but if necessary they could easily be altered to be up to 4 inches longer. Waist-ties are detachable, but the bow on the chest is not. I bought these two items around three months ago at the end of Innocent World's winter sale for 50% off; I am selling them for what I paid. I have a cat, but he has been allowed nowhere near my closet. Spheal is my proof of ownership.
