IW Glitter ribbon blouse (NWT)
I bought this new from IW in I think 2019, but I couldn't find it on Lolibrary. It's a size S, and fits about the same as IW's other size S blouses I would say. The tag is a little crumpled, but it is otherwise in new condition.
