Very faint staining from a red blouse

Slight damage: There are very faint stains caused by a red blouse on the underarm area of the dress. I was able to remove most of it, but I was afraid to use harsher products than white vinegar to remove it. Dress is freshly cleaned. Notes: This is made with a lightweight cotton fabric. (Summer print) I also moved the buttons down on the straps for a proper fit, but I can return them to the original position if the buyer requests. Measurements:
