How much would shipping be to Ohio? Also, do you think it could fit someone with slightly smaller measurements than the official ones (only a few centimeters smaller)?

For your other question, I don't being a little bit smaller than the measurements would be an issue. IW's website says to give a 4-5 centimeter margin to the listed sizes anyway. But I can't say for sure since I am are the larger end of the measurements
