I've modified the dress so the ties that were supposed to be tied behind the neck can cross the back instead (see pics above)

I never wear the waist ties that come with lolita dresses, so whenever I wore and washed the dress, the waist ties stayed at my wardrobe. That means though that there is now a slight variation of color between the two (the dress is slightly lighter, but the difference is barely visible (again, see pics above).

Last time I wore the dress I used it with a brown blouse and the color got transferred in a couple contact areas. It should be an easy fix at a dry cleaning company (pics above).
