If untracked I will ask for a gift payment and I can't do anything if the package is lost. I am not responsible for packages after they are shipped. It is up to the local shipping company to scan the tracking number to update the tracking. Sometimes a countries postage system does not update the tracking even though tracking was added. Internationally i generally ship CanadaPost international air with tracking. Usually I ship using a polybubble mailer. I may ship in a box if it is a larger or more delicate item. Please contact me if you have requests on how to package your item! Please ask for a shipping quote before bidding. Sometimes Canada post is unforgiving with shipping fees and there's not much I can do about it. I will not refund the difference between the shipping quote and the actual shipping price if there is a difference. Sometimes shipping is more than what I quoted, sometimes it's less. I find it balances it self out in the end and it's easier that way. I will only ship to the address on the paypal account. I will not do returns or exchanges. I can do holds and payment plans if they are short. Please message me if you want to arrange something before buying. I will also ask for a non refundable deposit for all holds. I do not take gift payments unless there are special circumstances. Payments will be made within 4 days of the invoice and I will ship within 4 days unless extenuating circumstances occur. Generally I will try to ship the day of or the day after the payment is made. Any measurements I take of the garment are not professional and are only there to give an estimate. I try my best but the garment may be bigger or smaller than what is listed. Please note that purchasing an item and not paying or backing out will result in negative feedback.
