I got it from IW's happy bag 2015. I only tried it on today since the weather is becoming warmer. It looks so beautiful and summer and elegant and cute! However its burst is too big for me... I don't know the name of the dress. It's made of chiffon, has shirring on the back, and with a belt to adjust the waist. The length is to knee.
