A light chiffon skirt by Innocent world, however I do not know the name of it. It's supposed to be brown, but appear black in some light, and it's really hard to capture it's real colour. As far as I know I'm the third owner of it, but it has no visible damage or stains, only a few loose threads at the edges. 

The back has a little bit of shirring and corset lacing, however it can not expand a lot so I would not recommend it for anyone plus sized.
