Very good condition, though a slight sense of wear. Purchased here on Lace Market; I am the second owner.
A sweet chocolate brown color with flocked/velvety IW logo designs in darker brown/black at the hem; milk tea underskirt ruffle is part of this dress. Coordinating headbow is included; it is handmade (I believe) and was included with the dress from the original seller.

This looks almost like it's made of velvet - can you take a guess at what kind of fabric it is?

It does look like velvet, but it's feel more like a woven cotton. The fabric is quite soft, though, and the print is flocked/velvet-like. But the base fabric is likely a cotton-blend. I hope that helps!
