Size is L but I will caution you: I am getting different measurements than listed. I'm measuring it at about 96 cm bust and it can go smaller with the corset lacing but no bigger. The waist size is generous, I can measure it if needed. There are no waist ties

I think this would look fine on someone who normally wears IW M, it should fit their normal L size still but you may need to have a smaller bust measure than normal because of the button up design (unless you move the buttons)
