I just bought this off of LM, but unfortunately it's too small for me. I'm 171 cm tall, and the sleeves were a bit short on me, so I'd probably recommend it for people smaller than me. The size on the tag is M.

It's missing a button on the front, its waist ties, and the matching bow. It also has extremely minor staining around the collar, but it's barely visible.

Is there a wash tag inside of the blouse near the left side of the waist? There’s often an item number that you can search for on Lolibrary to identify the item, especially if it was made in 2007 or afterwards.
