Oh dang, this is gorgeous but I'm not sure I could fill out the bust. For your 98 estimate, is that with the shirring stretched somewhat? Or is that the lower end of the shirring range?

I shared this dress with my girlfriend and we have different bust sizes, so based on our experience wearing it 94cm to 98cm is comfortable/flattering. The straps have adjustable buttons that help too ^^

Is there any pulling of the front bodice seams from the shirring being damaged?

There is no damage to the outside seams or fabric, I only made small holes in the lining to pull out the elastic and then sewed the holes up :)
