This JSK came in an IW lucky pack I bought back in 2015-2016(?).
The dress is NWT and has the following flat measurements:
Waist - 14 in
Bust - 17 in
Skirt length - 23.5 in
The JSK also has decent shirring, but I'm not too sure how far the shirring stretches, as I've never worn it.
