I did a flat measure because there is no official info. It may not be 100% accurate because of the shirring but should give a general idea of size.
unstretched, it measures just under 13 inches across the waist (roughly 26 in?); STRETCHED, it measures at least 15 inches across, so there should be room for a 30 inch waist, possibly a couple inches more. Thanks so much for your interest! Apologies again for the delay. - Lark
