Hello! I stopped lolita several months ago, and am finishing selling off the last of my lolita. I'm selling here my Antique Rose Tiered JSK in brown in the shorter length. It is in excellent condition, even though it was my DD I didn't wear it very much. It is very plus size friendly; the official measurements are: 
Bust: 84,5 - 112 cm
Waist: 64 - 100 cm 
(In the added worn photo, I am at 103cm bust and 85cm waist, it was a tiny bit snug at the bust so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with over a 106cm or so bust for comfortable wear)
!! I believe I lowered the buttons on the straps slightly to make them longer !! 
I'm adding a pair of IW "Bias Ribbon" OTKs in the package because I think they coord well with the dress and who doesn't want an extra pair of socks?! They're in good condition, with a little wear on the soles.
