Hi there! It's hard for me to determine whether this dress works for measurements above 112cm or not. Most Innocent World dresses are really tight on me (bust 90-95cm), even when they are supposed to fit just fine, but this one is extremely comfortable and still has a lot of room to stretch. If 113-115 is your very maximum, then I want to say that it very likely will fit you. If you think that you need more room than that (to breathe, for example), then I would say that it might not.
