Cute, older skirt from Innocent World.
Purchased secondhand from comm sales. Worn twice by me.
I was told the print is called "Alice Trump" by the skirt's previous owner, but have not been able to find any information on it. It is an older skirt and does have a slight feeling of wear. It is also wrinkled from storage.
Waist is 20 in around without stretching, but can easily go to about 34 in. Length is about 21 in.
