Innocent World 3 stages jsk with full waist shirring and gathered bust

I bought this dress off of y!j auctions second hand. It is missing the waist ties and bodice bows. The waist is shirred all the way around and the bodice is gathered, making it very forgiving.

These are the measurements, though I'm positive it will stretch further if some of the shirring is let out.
