I don't think it would. In regular US sizes I wear a M-L and in Lolita I wear a L-XL and it was fitted on me. It also has a bow in the back to cinch the waist in should you need it. I just checked Lady Sloth's website and it looks like she sells her boleros as "Under 100cm Bust" and "Over 100cm Bust", this one is definately the 100cm and under :)
