The OP comes with teo belt options. There are waist ties that button on or there is a long once piece band with crosses on the end that can be used to wrap around the waist and effectively bring the waist down a bit if you are tall like me. Worn once but I have to face reality that I'm not goth and I should sell this before Halloween!
The Nameless Poem OP came to me with some undisclosed flaws. Number one is that one of the buttons for the waist ties was replaced with a non-matching though thematically appropriate button. I guess since you can't see both buttons at once when you're wearing it people wouldn't know. In the pic the button on the left is the replacement. There also isn't a belt loop on that side so I don't know if it was removed or if it never came with it. The second flaw is a bit more major. The white of the bib and the cuffs is slightly off color from the pure white of the detachable collar. I'm not sure how it happened but I imagine they put it in the wash in a darks load. That being said it's not a major difference and I wore it like that and no one noticed. Without the collar on they just look white and when the collar is on the bib is mostly covered anyway and the under part just looks shadowed.
Due to the above mentioned flaws I'm throwing in the Antique Beast headdress. Matches super well and would perfect to wear with it! Bought it a few months ago to wear with the dress but like I said, in my heart I'm just not goth and always ended up opting to wear something sweet so it has sat unworn.
