I am the 2nd owner and only worn it twice.
It comes with both designs of the waist ties, the detachable collar, extra buttons which i bought from Ista Mori as the previous owner did not gave me.

Please note that the collar and white sleeves of the OP are not so "white" since they had been washed, the black fabric tends to wash off to mix with the white.
All the buttons had been re-sewed by me before, as the original ones are very "loose".
The "strings" to hold the thicker waist ties had been re-sewed by me, as the original one came off very easily.

Otherwise, the OP+accessories are all in good condition.
