I'm not too sure on the measurements, as this is an older indie release and it's not on lolibrary, etc. I found an old listing here on Lace Market that says max bust 110cm. A listing for the M~L size on Lolita Wardrobe says 90~106cm bust, 80-93cm waist, but I'm not sure about that since the tag just says L, not M~L.
Flat bust measurement is 16" and the back is fully shirred, so it is quite roomy.
