Skirt bought straight from IW so I'm it's first owner. Worn only handful of times so condition is perfect. The skirt is super gorgeous - the top part is made of chiffon-like polyester fabric so it sways really beautifully when worn. The underskirt is made of heavier cotton but holds shape well even with a lighter petticoat. The skirt has a really beautiful gold embroidery featuring roses and ribbons. The skirt itself is cream in color.
