Hello! I could ship to Finland for $8 untracked, first-class mail. However, this would be at-your-own-risk - although packages are seldom lost, it does occasionally happen. It would also be as a package (not a box), so the clip might be at risk of damage. I could also ship for $25 in a Priority Mail.
