Innocent World Velveteen Winding Rose Scallop Skirt (In BLACK)
An older piece, still in great condition.
This is an older piece from IW, I found it in a 2002 issue of G&LB and from my research on lolibrary it was from a 2001/2002 release.
It has an elastic waistband, built in-petti and made from a very heavy velveteen.
Even though it has a elastic waist Id estimate the max measurements are about 85-90 cm. The skirt length is 52 cm.
