This is a very flattering high-waisted skirt. It's very full and heavy, with lots of fabric. ~26 inch waist, 24 inch long. Partially shirred to stretch a little larger. Adjustable to be smaller with corset lacing. The skirt has some wrinkles from storage, but no damage.
